Barbara is a proven operational and commercial property professional with 20 years’ experience working in the highly competitive London property market focused on the management and letting of office and industrial spaces.
Her experience has been in the London office market where proactive property management and well-planned asset management are key components in driving rental growth, sales, retaining customers and executing a high level of customers service and satisfaction.
These skills and experiences are driving Imperial City Deliveries LTD's growth. As Managing Director, her extensive skill sets has helped develop, manage, and grow the business.

JAMES KWATIA
James is a seasoned Transport and Logistics expert with over 20 years’ experience.
His experience includes the management of deliveries for Furniture Village and Courts Furnishings.
He has also managed operations for Beset Shipping, a UK-based freight company that did international shipping, ultimately responsible for managing their warehouse and fleet.
James’ passion for logistics, transport and customer service excellence ensures that the each parcel is delivered effectively and efficiently always with the customer experience in mind.

Alex is a resourceful and well-organised individual with an excellent leadership and team-building record.
Alex has 3 years’ experience in the parcel delivery sector as the Operations Coordinator for Yodel. With management and staff recruitment he ensures that we employ the best staff to represent our clients' brands and needs.
As Transport Manager, Alex helps develop the team to achieve excellent services as well as maintain the company's reputation.

Dmitrij Tichanovskij
Dmitrij is an accomplished professional in the postal services with over 14 years working for Royal Mail's operations team.
As a senior member of staff within the Royal Mail community, Dmitrij is skilled in every area within the sorting office as well as managed complex shift systems that included shift management.
Dmitrij also deals frequently with ad-hoc situations that need immediate practical solutions.
